1. The Kennedy Space Center economy is real again
The aerospace economy on the Space Coast is the busiest it has been in a generation. Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, SpaceX, Blue Origin, and the contractor ecosystem around them have all been hiring. Each of those jobs needs a roof. Many of those roofs are in Titusville, Cocoa, Merritt Island, and Viera.
