Here is the part most buyers do not know. The agent sitting at the model home works for the builder, not for you. Their job is to protect the builder. Yours is not their priority.
Do not visit a model home or sign in at a sales center without calling us first. If you sign in or register without your buyer's agent listed, the builder will refuse to honor agent representation later. That can cost you more than you realize.
