Getting there
From I-95 take exit 201 to State Road 520 and head east about two and a half miles to Clearlake Road, then south to Pluckebaum Road. Harvest Landing sits on the right. From US 1 you can come in from Barnes Boulevard and cut west.
That puts you roughly ten minutes from I-95, fifteen from the Viera shopping corridor, and about half an hour from the beach at Cocoa Beach.
Who Harvest Landing is right for
First time buyers who want a warranty instead of a project. Relocating buyers who need to land somewhere turnkey while they learn the county. Anyone who has priced new construction in Viera, seen the number, and needs the same idea for less.
It is not right for buyers who want land, buyers who want a pool included, or buyers who want a house that looks nothing like the neighbors.
