The biggest new construction story in Rockledge right now is Catamaran Cove — a Viera-border community by Ashton Woods (single-family from ~$410K+) and Starlight Homes (townhomes from ~$349K) with real lake views, golf cart access into Viera, Viera High School feeder, and impact windows standard on everything.

Country Club Estates

Another Rockledge new construction option — Lennar plus Stanley Martin building on a former golf course with oversized lots and 3-car garage homes. Targets buyers who want more space than the Catamaran Cove product.

Established Neighborhoods

Wide range of 1960s–2000s neighborhoods, mostly concrete block, reasonable-sized lots, mature landscaping.
