The biggest new construction story in Rockledge right now is Catamaran Cove, a Viera-border community by Ashton Woods (single-family from ~$410K+) and Starlight Homes (townhomes from ~$349K) with real lake views, golf cart access into Viera, Viera High School feeder, and impact windows standard on everything.

Country Club Estates

Another Rockledge new construction option, Lennar plus Stanley Martin building on a former golf course with oversized lots and 3-car garage homes. Targets buyers who want more space than the Catamaran Cove product.

Established Neighborhoods

Wide range of 1960s-2000s neighborhoods, mostly concrete block, reasonable-sized lots, mature landscaping. Generally priced below comparable Viera homes, a value play for buyers who want the area without the master-planned premium. Historic Rockledge Drive along the Indian River is genuinely stunning.

Schools

Catamaran Cove feeds into Viera High School. Edgewood School (one of Florida's top-rated choice schools) is accessible from Rockledge through Brevard County's lottery system.
