The second thing that makes it different is that four separate custom builders worked the community rather than one volume builder rolling out a fixed plan set. That produces real architectural variation from house to house, which is either the appeal or the drawback depending on your taste. It also means no two homes here are directly comparable the way two the builder homes on the same street are, so pricing takes actual analysis rather than a per square foot shortcut.
Valencia sits inside the gated Addison Village development alongside Seville, named for the Spanish city as Seville is. Both are at the upper end of the Viera market and both are small.
One warning on searching. An MLS query for Valencia in Brevard County returns a property on Valencia Road in old Rockledge that has nothing to do with this community. If you have been sent listings under that name, check the address before you get excited.
