Buyers who do know what it is often prefer it, because the tradeoff is a genuinely good one at this price point.
That tradeoff is maintenance. The association handles the exterior of the buildings, including roof and exterior paint, plus landscaping and irrigation. You get a single-story home with a two car garage and you do not own a roof replacement or a paint cycle. The second piece is Addison Village Club. Loren Cove sits in the Addison Village cluster alongside Reeling Park and Kerrington, and residents get access to the club amenity complex, which is substantially larger than what a community of this size could ever build on its own.
