Misty Creek is two small recorded plats inside Suntree, reached off Spyglass Hill Road, with homes on eighth to fifth acre lots along Misty Creek Drive, Citrus Creek Drive and Mill Cove. The houses went up between 1998 and 2000, run roughly 1,700 to 2,000 square feet, and the association handles lawn care, irrigation and exterior painting.
Misty Creek In Melbourne, Florida
Misty Creek was platted in two units and built out quickly at the end of the 1990s, which is why the houses look related without being identical. You reach it from Wickham Road by way of Baytree Drive and Spyglass Hill Road, or from Murrell Road and Pinehurst Drive on the other side. Three streets carry the whole community: Misty Creek Drive, Citrus Creek Drive and a short run of Mill Cove.
The mailing address says Melbourne and the ZIP is 32940, but Misty Creek is not inside Melbourne city limits. This is Suntree, an unincorporated part of Brevard County, so county code governs permits and setbacks, the Brevard County Sheriff's Office covers law enforcement, and county departments handle the roads and solid waste. Buyers arriving from out of state are regularly surprised by that. It does not change the address on your mail, and it does change who you call.
The homes are single story three bedroom, two bath plans with two car garages, most of them right around 2,000 square feet, and one layout repeats often enough that you will start to recognize it: a primary suite with an attached flex room, a split plan putting the other two bedrooms on the far side, and an eat in kitchen open to the family room. Enclosed sunrooms and extended screened patios were the popular additions.
An association governs Misty Creek and membership is mandatory, with the records naming it simply as the Misty Creek homeowners association. What matters more than the name is the scope. Lawn care, irrigation and exterior painting are handled at the community level, and there is a pool. Some records also pair it with a second, broader community association, so ask in writing which memberships attach to the address and what each one covers before you go under contract.
Values here sit in a narrow band, which is what a small plat of similar houses tends to produce. Homes have been trading between $390,000 and $485,000, with the middle of the range near $427,000. The tradeoff is lot size. At an eighth to a fifth of an acre you are not storing a boat behind the house, and the conservation buffer at the back of part of the community is the closest thing to a big yard.

Unit One and Unit Two were recorded separately but built within about two years of each other. That is why the streets read as a single place rather than as two phases with different rules and different rooflines.
The Grass Is Not Your Problem
Lawn care, irrigation and exterior painting are handled at the community level. For detached single family homes that is uncommon in this part of Brevard, and it is the single biggest reason people choose Misty Creek over a comparable house a mile away.
One Floor, Every Time
These are single story plans with no interior steps, two car garages and split bedrooms. If you are downsizing out of a two story house or planning to stay put for twenty years, that matters more than the square footage does.
A Conservation Edge, Not A Lakefront
Part of the community backs to conservation land with a partial pond view. Expect wading birds, ducks and a quiet rear elevation. Do not expect boatable water or a lakefront premium, because neither one is here.
Spyglass Hill Road Is The Spine
Everything reaches Misty Creek through Spyglass Hill Road, which also carries the Suntree Master Homeowners Association office at 7550 Spyglass Hill Road and a county park at its north end. It is a low traffic residential road, not an arterial.
Unincorporated, And That Matters
You are in Suntree, in the unincorporated county, not in the City of Melbourne. Permits, code enforcement, law enforcement and refuse all run through Brevard County. It is not a downside, but you should know it before you close.

Suntree Country Club golf is close, the Wickham Road corridor covers groceries, restaurants and medical offices, and Viera's shopping is a few minutes north. Spyglass Hill Park sits at the north end of the road you come in on.

Misty Creek sits in Suntree, west of US 1 and east of I-95, in the 32940 ZIP. From North Wickham Road you turn onto Baytree Drive, then Spyglass Hill Road, then into the community by way of Citrus Creek Drive. Coming from the west side of Suntree, Murrell Road and Pinehurst Drive feed the same road. The streets inside are short, curved and residential, and none of them carry through traffic.
Practically, that puts groceries, restaurants and medical offices within a few minutes on Wickham Road, Suntree Country Club golf just south, and Viera's larger shopping north. I-95 is a short drive at either the Wickham Road or Pineda Causeway interchange, the Pineda Causeway runs east to Satellite Beach and Patrick Space Force Base, and Melbourne Orlando International Airport is roughly twenty minutes south.
