Koko in Cocoa Beach is offering a nine-course tasting menu with kaiseki and kappo influences for $95 per person. Koko was the first restaurant in Brevard County to earn a Michelin recommendation, and this is a rare chance to experience the full tasting format.

Coa, also in Cocoa Beach, has a three-course menu for $60 with choices like miso salmon, spicy rigatoni, and a 12-ounce bavette steak. Rebellion Beachside Bistro and Bar is running a three-course prix fixe for $55, with hamachi tartare, charred pork chop, and key lime pie on the menu. Over at Port Canaveral, J. Birds Island Eatery has a four-course dinner for $45.

Cafe Margaux in Cocoa Village, a DiRoNa award winner, is offering a four-course menu for $48 per person. Pair any of these with a launch viewing from the Titusville riverfront and you have a very Space Coast evening.
