I moved to the Space Coast from Rhode Island in 2022, so I know what your client is about to go through: a new state, a new insurance market, and a lot of towns that look the same from 1,000 miles away. Relocation buyers are most of what my partner Nichole Barna and I do every week.

How a referral works

1. Send the introduction. Email or text me your client's name, contact info, and anything they've told you about timing, budget, and what they want.
2. We sign the referral agreement. Broker to broker through Blue Marlin Real Estate, before I reach out to your client.
3. I reach out to your client. Your client gets a consult, a custom search, and a straight answer on which areas fit their budget and lifestyle.
4. You get updates at every milestone. Consult held, touring, under contract, inspection, and closing. You never have to chase me for a status.
5. Your fee is paid at closing. Through the closing statement, broker to broker.

What your client gets

• Remote-friendly buying. Video tours, detailed notes on every home, and a plan for the trip down so they see the right homes in person.
• Florida-specific guidance. Insurance timing, flood zones, HOA and condo documents, and the new construction rules out-of-state buyers don't expect.
• Help selling here too. If your client already owns on the Space Coast, we can list that home while they buy.
