Stadium Parkway and Lake Andrew Drive feed the village. I-95 is at Exit 191 on Wickham Road and Exit 193 at Viera Boulevard. Port Canaveral and the beaches run roughly a half hour east.

Addison Village is an umbrella. "Addison Village" on a listing tells you very little. Get the actual plat name, because that determines your association, your assessment and your rules.

Builder Warranty Status

On a 2018 to 2023 home the structural warranty may still be running and it may or may not transfer. Ask for the paperwork rather than assuming, and get the original closing documents from the seller.

Your Tax Bill, Not The Seller's
