Rachel Langley grew up in Rhode Island and built her early career on the analytical side of business. With an MBA in hand, she eventually traded New England winters for Florida sunshine and never looked back.

In 2022, Rachel moved from Rhode Island to Florida’s Space Coast. What started as a personal relocation turned into a real estate practice built around helping other people make the same kind of move. She knew firsthand how overwhelming it could feel to figure out insurance, flood zones, school zoning, and town personality from a thousand miles away.

She founded Living In Florida’s Space Coast and the YouTube channel of the same name to give relocation buyers and Brevard sellers the kind of agent she wished she had during her own move. Someone who breaks down the math, knows the neighborhoods, and treats every transaction like it matters.

Today, Rachel is a Top 1% agent in Brevard County and leads a full team that backs every transaction with experienced support. She still considers herself a transplant. That’s the point.
